My husband and I have searched high and low for a coffee that was organic, Swiss water processed, and bursting with flavor tailored to our own pallets. Sleepy Monk has impeccable roasting standards. Dark or light, blend or single-origin, all coffees are sourced internationally, certified organic, and roasted in small batches in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Monastery Blend is a great place to start if you like a darker roast, Fiddler's Fusion if you prefer a lighter one. My husbands personal favorite (well he has several), but his go to is Bali Blue Moon. This well-balanced and earthy coffee gives way to hints of peat, charred wood, toasted nut and light chocolate. Incredibly smooth down to the last drop.
As for me, I drink decaf. Luckily for me they have some options that are so good you wouldn’t know they are decaf. They did not skimp on the flavor profile. My favorite is the Medium Colombian Decaf. Naturally light bodied, accompanied with hints of caramel and vanilla alongside warm felt aromas. This is their lightest decaf single origin coffee. Heavy coffee connoisseurs may call it “Why Bother.” The options are not lacking.
